Many users (myself included) have opted to replace the display with more recently designed ones. I just have to say that the Nomad is 1,000 times better than any gameboy (why) because you don't have to sit under a light and worry about a glare on the screen,also the gameboy's screen is half the size of the Nomad and the gameboys sound is way too quite the reason that the Nomad did not sell very well is because Sega realeased it to late they did it when all the 32-bit systems were coming out.
